The garden that all covers 550 square meters, is abundant with vibrant flowers, including bougainvillea, geraniums, olive trees, and pines. There are three terraces where guests can unwind, enjoy the view, and relax on built-in marble tables and seating, perfect for outdoor meals.
The lowest terrace features a private swimming pool (8x4 meters) with sun loungers and two outdoor showers. A covered pergola with garden sofas table and chairs.
One of the terraces also offers a covered area with gym equipment for those wishing to exercise outdoors. Every terrace offers a corner of relax equipped with table chairs where to enjoy infinity sea view. The property includes parking for 3/4 medium-sized cars, with secure access via an electric gate.
The villa interiorly consists of two units: the main villa and a separate annex, offering a total of 250 sqm of living space it is tastefully furnished for comfort and style. The living room features cozy sofas and a flat-screen satellite TV, with French doors opening onto the first terrace, providing a seamless connection to the outdoors. The dining room, with a large round table seating up to 12, leads out to the terrace and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes 8 gas rings, an American refrigerator with an ice maker, and a dishwasher, with French doors opening directly to the terrace.
To the left of the living area, a small corridor leads to two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom offers sea views through its windows, while the other has French doors opening to a side terrace. On the right side of the living area, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via an internal marble staircase. This bedroom offers a double bed and an additional sofa bed for one, as well as a private bathroom with a bath.
The annex includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers.
