Positive: The bathroom was very well appointed, bed was comfortable and the parking was included and handy. Complementary drinks.

Negative: Generally the property is quite tired, it looked a look better on the photographs. The A/C was difficult to operate and we failed to find an optimal setting - it was very warm during our stay so this was essential and influenced our comfort overnight. The apartment really needs some TLC - light fittings were falling off, the roller blinds in the room were both broken (and will have been for some time). The communal area also requires better cleaning and some general attention to paintwork etc. As I said - it looked much better in the photos. Note as others that the apartment was on the 3rd floor of some awkward spiral steps - difficult to carry cases up no matter how fit you may be.
