A tenant currently lives in a closed off section of the house (left side). Although there is a tenant the only shareable space is the front parking. The tenant is rarely home, and spends most of their time working. There will be no interaction between the guests and tenant during the stay. The tenant accesses their side of the house by using the gate to the backyard on the side of the house.

All spaces provided above are for guests only.

Also please do not park in front of the garage. The garage is for storage and the tenant’s parking spot.

Summary: This space was so clean and comfortable. We only ate breakfasts there, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The boys loved the game room and I really appreciated the host answering so quickly and accommodating our changing schedule.
