The Space:
Get yourself a treat by staying in this light and modern apartment! Comfy couches and a cable TV welcome you to relax as soon as you step into the apartment.
Enjoy your meals on the bar table complete with high chairs. Cook your food at the kitchen that is packed with necessities.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed complete with fluffy linens.
The bathrooms have soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion with a welcome pack!
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to gym, and parking.
*Swimming pools will be temporarily closed on every Thursday between 4PM to 5 PM.
** Kindly be informed of the ongoing landscape works in the swimming pool area until 31 October 2022. The swimming pool will remain open, but you are requested to kindly take care of your kids, especially while moving around the pool area as there will be deep excavation near the planter boxes. The area of work will be barricaded at all times and sometimes the works could get noisier.

Head for Dubai Marina Mall to shop for luxury brands and experience first-class nightlife and restaurant choices. From the marina itself, book a luxury yacht cruise, along with skydiving and jet-skiing. Catch a nearby tram or bus to explore the city.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station, meanwhile, is about 2 minutes away if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around Dubai.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
