The main entrance on the village square provides direct access to the vineyards. The holiday flat is located in a quiet and protected area, with a view of the courtyard and garden.

The small antique wooden staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the second bedroom (double room, 24sqm) and a second bathroom (shower, bidet, WC) are located. If necessary, a third bed can be added in the bedroom. A cot is also available. All rooms are very bright and offer views of the garden or the village rooftops. There is also some original antique furniture. Heating throughout the flat in winter, air conditioning in both bedrooms in summer.
In the surroundings there is much to see: Palmanova, Aquileia, Cividale, to name but the nearest cities of art. But in about an hour you can reach other seaside resorts (Grado, Sistiana, Lignano) or the Florentine Dolomites. Trieste and Venice are also easy to reach!
Guests are invited to visit the wine cellars, the 'Colours of Wine' exhibition and a painting exhibition. It will also be possible to taste the wines produced on the farm.
