Positive: I don't think the staff could have gone further out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived without a car and given the hotel's location, we were a bit stuck. The staff went out of the way to source us bikes and even arranged for one of their friends to drive us to and from town one night. We really fancied pizza one day so the owner picked us up some on his way through town to save us travelling anywhere. I honestly can not recommend the hotel enough. The breakfast was also phenomenal and the pools were beautiful.

Negative: Unless you have a car you're a bit stuck but it's remediable. The restaurant next door does good food and you can cycle to the beach.

Summary: Best customer service, nothing was too much trouble.
