Positive: great location and spacious room

Negative: the person we are in contact with for the property is not responsive. on the day itself of the check-in i have not receive any instruction for the check-in, we are already at property itself before i even had the message from the person giving me all the information needed. that is very frustrating. they should change that kind of behaviour
