The living area, spacious, bright and tastefully furnished has access to the balcony with sea view, sofa bed, fireplace, a large dining table, flat screen TV, air conditioning and kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and induction hob and all the necessary utensils.
Situated in a privileged position, Marè is next to the staircase that leads to the beach of Meta (3 minutes of stairs from the sea), also reachable by elevator located right in front of the staircase, at a cost of €1. On the beach there are the most famous restaurants in the area, including "Tico tico". In front of the apartment there is a café "Bar Antonietta" ideal for breakfast. The bus stop is located just below the apartment. It is important to note that Marè Studio is an internal apartment, and therefore does not have a sea view.
