To the left, you are led into the heart of the home: a spacious, open-plan living area, a seamless blend of a Lounge, Diner, and Kitchen. This inviting space also features a generous balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, overlooking the beautiful Brayford Marina, home to many characterful house boats.
