Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location with the tram line just a few metres away and a local supermarket close. The host was easy to contact and gave clear instructions, meeting us and showing us around. The apartment is located in the bottom level of a large old building typical of Florence. It was clean and had all you need to prepare simple meals in a good size kitchen. The bed and bedding were comfortable - sleeping in a round bed was interesting!

Negative: The bathroom was a bit challenging to access with steep narrow stairs and a very small shower tray with a shower curtain so not good for someone with any mobility issues. There is some noise transfer from the apartment above which we have found to be typical of this type of accomodation. Mosquitoes were a problem the first night but the host supplies plugin mosquito coils which helped.
