The Neighborhood
The Jumeirah Lake Towers neighbourhood comprises of around 80 glittering high-rise towers scattered around three large ornamental lakes and lush greenery, where the blend between business and residential keeps this area buzzing from morning to night. The complex sits adjacent to Dubai Marina, separated by Sheikh Zayed Road, the lifeline of Dubai and the Dubai Metro. The two metro stops ‘Damac Properties’ (formerly Dubai Marina) and ‘JLT’ pedestrianizes and interlinks the two sides together to include JLT as part of ‘New Dubai’ along with JBR and the marina.
