Summary: The condo has a pretty view and good layout. It is in need of some updating with the LR, dining and patio furniture and decor as they are dated and deteriorating. The 2nd bathroom, although convenient to have, is a little dangerous with the high step in and out. The kitchen is a great size and nicely updated, except for the refrigerator which also needs replacing. The owner is really sweet, helpful and responsive. The unit is in a good location within the complex and great access to the amenities and beach.
