Positive: * Very detail oriented members of the staff. Friendly warm and professional. * The hotel was peaceful. Ideal for relaxation after a long day of tourism

Negative: The only thing that truly challenged us was the lighting system. Trying to match each switch to an actual light became a nightly puzzle, and at one point it was so confusing it became genuinely funny. We joked that the staff must be secretly rearranging the switches just to keep us on our toes.

Summary: Fantastic stay in a beautiful and peaceful property. It really helped round out trip to verona.
