This charming little house called "Lo Chalet" is situated in the grounds of a farmhouse which nestles peacefully in the foothills of Cortona. Immersed in the beautiful landscape of the Valdichiana valley, it enjoys lovely views over hilltop villages, sunflowers, olive groves and cypresses. It is conveniently located for those wishing to visit Tuscany and Umbria and offers the perfect combination of both a relaxing and a cultural holiday.
The main house is a typical 19th Tuscan farmhouse, divided into apartments but the chalet is private and stands alone.
The pool (12 x 6m) is spacious and the well-kept gardens with tables and barbecue offer pleasant areas for alfresco dining and relaxing.

The chalet (25m2) is furnished in a traditional Tuscan style with chestnut furniture and terracotta floors and has a double bed and seating area with satellite television. There is a shower room and galley kitchen. It has a large private verandah (25 m2) with table and chairs, at the front of the property, where you can relax and eat outside. It is fully air-conditioned (included in the price).
There is a fully-equipped laundry room on the ground floor of the main farmhouse for guests to use.
