This complex is a perfect place for large groups of friends and family to relax and enjoy the beautiful, tranquil surroundings and take day trips to Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Pompeii and Naples. You will have exclusive use of all the facilities.

Sole Resort boasts stunning views of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and the Sorrento Peninsula. The complex is located in a small village and is a 10-minute walk from restaurants, shops and public transport. The beach and the tourist port in Vico Equense, the centre of the Sorrentine Pennisula, are 25 minutes away on the local bus, 30 minutes’ drive from Sorrento and 40 minutes from Pompeii ruins, Ercolano, Positano and Amalfi Coast. We recommend using a car whilst staying at Sole Resort and there is free, private, secure parking on site.

The swimming pool, which is 6 metres long, 5 metres wide and 1.40 metres deep, is the perfect place to cool off on long, hot summer days. Next to the pool, there is an external shower and sun loungers where you can relax and soak up the sun.

The first of the three private buildings at Sole Resort is a beautiful home with sea views and a sunny terrace. It sleeps up to 6 people (2 people on sofa beds) and is 80 metres squared. It features a wonderful, private terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples, air conditioning, winter heating and internet access.

As you enter the holiday home, the open plan kitchen/lounge living area is warm and welcoming with its beautiful Maiolica Vietri tiles. There are two single sofa beds (which can be made into a double). A beautiful glass table forms the centrepiece of the living area which is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and a TV. From here, you can gather as family and friends for a delicious meal whilst admiring the spectacular views. There is a French door which opens onto a long terrace where you can enjoy an aperitive whilst watching the sunset. From here, you will enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. This terrace can also be accessed from the main bedroom. There are 80 metres of outdoor space including the terrace and a patio area with a BBQ where you can dine ‘al fresco’.

The kitchen has modern appliances and stunning Maiolica Vietri tiles. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances including a kettle and toaster. The beautiful bathroom, which is accessible from the living area, is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The pretty tiles in the shower add to the delightfulness of the whole home. There is also a washing machine.

The main bedroom has a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and is accessed from the living room. From the bedroom, you can get to the terrace through a French door and enjoy wonderful views of the coastline and the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The main bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, shower and toilet. The second bedroom is accessed via the living room. It has two single beds (80 cm/32 inches) which can be joined to make a double bed.

From this private building, there are approximately 70 shallow steps to access the second private building in the Sole Resort complex. Here you will also find the swimming pool. This home is 80 metres squared and can sleep up to 7 people (2 on sofa beds). It features a spacious private patio with a view of the sea, air conditioning (see below the specific rooms), winter heating and internet access. From here, you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. It is partly shaded by a walnut tree and is equipped with outdoor furniture including a large dining table which can seat 8 to 10 people so that you can dine 'al fresco' whilst enjoying the beautiful views.

From the patio, you can access the dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here, there is also a dining table which can seat up to 8 guests, a TV, a single sofa bed and air conditioning. Next to the kitchen/dining room, there is also a room with another single sofa bed. Off this room, there is a bathroom, which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. There is another bedroom, with a single bed, next to the bathroom.

From the kitchen, a door takes you up a stairway to a covered balcony, which offers wonderful views of the coastline and the Bay of Naples. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, one has an en-suite half bathroom with washbasin and toilet. One bedroom has access via the balcony or via the master bedroom and one via the internal staircase from the lounge. The internal staircase also provides access to the ensuite half bathroom.

Next to this property, there is a stylish studio apartment which is the third private building in the Sole Resort complex and is accessible from the patio. It is 40 metres squared and sleeps 3 people in total, (1 person on a single sofa bed). It features a spacious, private 60 metre squared terrace with a view of the sea, outdoor furniture and is partly shaded by a walnut tree. It has an open plan kitchenette with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower and a TV. There is also a washing machine. The internal staircase takes you to the mezzanine level where you find a double bed. There is air conditioning, winter heating and internet access.

Vico Equense’s coast offers lovely beaches with clear water and all the equipment you need to soak up the sun! The town has two ports: Vico Equense and Seiano, from where you can hire a private boat, to Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi and Positano. Both ports are accessible by local buses. Vico Equense also offers some of the best restaurants in the Sorrentine peninsula.

Sole Resort is situated on the road to the Mount Faito, where you can enjoy breath-taking views of the whole area and wonderful forest walks.
