Positive: Stunning place, just absolutely beautiful. The location, the room, the facilities were all first class.

Negative: We felt that having kids with us was maybe an inconvenience to the staff. The high chair isn't safe as it doesn't meet the table height correctly which means infants cannot use it. Evening meals were stressful as it was very obvious our (pretty well behaved) baby and 3 year old were not really tolerated. 30 euros for a kids meal of plain pasta and parmesan and a scoop of ice cream. We'd been told that kids menu would include chocolate cake but we're told there wasn't any both nights by our waitress only for it to be available both mornings at breakfast. We asked tor a recommendation for our final night for dinner and were given one but told to phone the restaurant to check first. In such a lovely and expensive establishment, I'd usually expect at least on offer to call them for us since we speak no Italian and would be dining out, rurally, with 2 very small children.
