Having a family reunion, wedding, graduation, or other large gathering near Lexington? We are 5 min To Southern Oaks Event Venue and 10 to 12 minutes to Heron Hills venue. This is the perfect lakefront paradise right on beautiful Lake Murray for your gathering of ten to fourteen. In this two homes in one , charming home we have three king bedrooms and three queen bedrooms, - ask us about additional sleeping arrangements/spaces if needed. There are two half baths, three full bathrooms, two full kitchens, three living area spaces, three smart TV's, two dining areas, two covered patios, two BBQ grills and a laundry room.
There is easy access to the lake for swimming, kayaking or just floating on a tube! Enjoy watching a movie in the living room on the large 75-inch flat screen TV complete with professional surround-sound for a movie theater experience. Roast hot dogs and marshmallows by an evening lakeside campfire and grill your favorite foods. Ask about the use of our kayaks.
