Positive: Such a good location! We checked into Kambal for our very first visit to Rome and it was the perfect spot to explore this beautiful city for the first time. It’s easy walking distance to most of the big ticket attractions and a quick walk across the river to Trastevere where the best restaurants in Rome can be found. The owners clearly take pride in hosting their guests, with the rooms beautifully presented and the included breakfast a welcome surprise. No, it’s nothing fancy but it’s something to get your day started. The shower was the best we encountered over our 4 weeks in Europe!
