Positive: The location of the apartment is very good. The windows face a very bright interior patio since it is not covered and the sun shines. Lots of clarity. There is an elevator.

Negative: An automatic email took us, having just arrived in Milan, to a location that, after taking several meters and taking almost an hour to get there, the receptionist told us that the keys to that accommodation had not been given there for a year. After speaking with the person in charge of the apartment we finally arrived. The apartment is good for two people. The sofa bed is impossible. You can't sleep on that couch.

Summary: Problem with the keys. The person in charge was very attentive.I would repeat again
