Summary: Our stay at JA Enchanted Island Resort was truly memorable. From the fantastic welcome during the boat transfer to the smooth check-out, everything was handled with great care. We were warmly greeted by Bhuwan, who provided all the information we needed for our stay and made us feel very welcome. Our villa was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect space to relax. The resort provides snorkeling gear and kayaks for guests, which made exploring the stunning turquoise waters even more enjoyable. The sandbank beach at low tide was such a magical experience, being able to walk to the next island by foot truly made this place feel like a piece of paradise. However, I was quite disappointed with my birthday dinner. The seafood mixed grill was unfortunately overcooked and inedible, which really spoiled what was meant to be a special celebration. While I appreciated that the team didn’t charge for the dish, it was disheartening, especially given the island setting where you’d expect fresh, perfectly prepared seafood. That said, I want to give special thanks to Irshad Khan, Sheryl, and the lovely housekeeping lady who decorated our villa on my birthday their exceptional service and kindness made the stay extra special despite the dining issue. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort and a wonderful experience, with just one unfortunate hiccup during our visit.
