Summary: The property is better than what showed in the pictures. It has been remodelled, is has four spacious rooms and a large kitchen and dining room, The porch is large with sofa chairs. Everything was working properly. Very close to the north beach which is a perfect, beautifull beach for kids. I suggest you rent a golf kart to move around and do groceries. We love Spanish Wells and this house is a great balance for a family.
