NB.In the annex next to the villa live the keepers who they care and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden remains however the exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.

On the ground floor there are a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace, two lounges, a dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms.
Clients can access the first floor (piano nobile), by a beautiful stone staircase. There are a living room with fireplace, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with tub and shower , two double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine where there are two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Clients can access the second floor (attic ), by stone stairs and cotto tile. There are a living room , a sitting room, four bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom with shower including three doubles rooms and a twin .
In the annex there are a billiard room, a living room and a dining room with fireplace decorated with many hunting trophies.
Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Toddler bed € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
