The outdoor spaces intended for the exclusive use of the guests of our house are:
the refreshment and relaxation area under the pergola, located in front of the house; parking for 2 or 3 cars, the whole area around the pool and the surrounding land space.
The house is located in "Pantano district" near the beautiful cycle and pedestrian track, over 6.5 km long. , obtained near the route of the Via Francigena, and only 1.5 km from the railway station of the city of Benevento.
The housing solution we offer is independent, with private access to the ground floor, for a total of 6/7 beds plus cot
The house, equal to about 95 square meters, develops on the ground floor, where there is the living area, and first and on the attic floor where there is the sleeping area which is composed of n. 3 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor with private bathroom and the other on the attic floor, for a total of 6 beds with 3 double beds, with the possibility of adding a cot or another bed, an equipped kitchenette, private toilet.
In addition to the spaces described, guests will also have access to a large paved outdoor area covered by a pretty pergola with a total surface area of approx. 40.00, in a metal structure covered partly by a wisteria plant and partly by a sheet. In this area it will be possible to organize pleasant barbecues using the brick barbecue present, spend part of the day reading, swinging on the swing or in the hammock; in short, a real multipurpose area available to all guests
In the period from 15 June to 15 September, the private SWIMMING POOL may be used, for the exclusive use of the guests of the house, of dimensions 5.00 x 12.00 deep from 1.20 m to 1.70 m which will be included in the price for stays not less than a week.
There is also a large parking area for cars in the shade of the trees and a recreation area for children
Services included: Upon your arrival, the structure is ready: sheets, kitchen linens, cooking and dining supplies (dishes, glasses, cookware, etc.) including basic condiments: oil, salt, sugar, coffee, etc. You will also find consumable accessories at home such as detergents, soap, etc.
