Positive: Where do we start with the stay at Il Tiglio Holiday Home? We travelled out as a family on our first holiday with our sons, alongside our good friends and their daughter who have been based in Italy for a couple of years. We wanted a property that was not only close to Sorrento and facilities, but also had a pool and enough space for the 7 of us. When we saw this property on Booking.com and the reviews from other travellers, it instantly stood out to us. From booking and communication prior to checking in and then everything to us leaving, it’s been amazing. Salvatore and his family who own the villa have been amazing. From the meal that was arranged when we checked in, to taxing us to and from the minibus (we managed to just get it up and down the very small lane, but I’d definitely recommend a smaller car), and then finally preparing us another meal at the end of the stay, everything has been perfect. If there’s anyone that is looking for a family break, close to Sorrento, then this is absolutely perfect! We’ve all had the best time as a family.

Negative: There’s nothing about the property we didn’t like, however, as I have said in the above, I would recommend a smaller car to get in and out.

Summary: The perfect first family holiday, close to Sorrento with close friends.
