Positive: Fantastic location, lovely quirky room and bathroom. The whole place was spotlessly clean. It was easy to find and there was free parking nearby. Great breakfast.

Negative: I am getting used to this in many Italian BnBs so this is not an exception - but I rather miss there not being a host there when you arrive. Barbara was charming and helpful, but the first time we met her was the morning after we arrived. We had a number to call to get the code to get in. The other thing is that there was no central place, so the only time you saw anyone else was at breakfast, if you were there at the same time. This seems to be a growing trend.
