In Calabria on the 'Cedar Coast', halfway between the characteristic villages of San Nicola Arcella and Scalea, in a private park overlooking the sea of a splendid bay, is our house.
Overlooking a breathtaking panorama and immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub in an elegant environment, the house is comfortable, well furnished and benefits from the services of the park including: private pedestrian descent to the sea, private car park, five-a-side football pitch, security guard service and minibus to reach the village.

The house is located on the ground floor of a 3-storey building, on two levels with an internal staircase, has a large furnished garden with parking space for two cars, three bedrooms (9 beds), three bathrooms, a large living room and is equipped with a television in the living room, crockery in the kitchen and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The house is suitable for persons with motor disabilities.
The sea can be reached on foot by walking along a small private road of about 400 metres that descends from the high coastline to the beach. Of course, in the surroundings there are many beaches, reachable by car, that can satisfy every taste or need.
Since the house is located in a park outside the built-up areas, it is advisable to have one's own means of transport.
The setting offers everything one could wish for in a seaside holiday: sea, sun, beaches, restaurants and sports, but also fishing, nightlife, nature and history.
The park in which the flat is located is equipped with cisterns that guarantee the supply of running water even when, during the frequent summer droughts the region suffers from, it is cut off elsewhere for several hours a day. This, however, means that tap water, although controlled and sterilised and therefore safe for cooking and any other use, does not taste good, so we recommend drinking bottled water or water from the fountain in the park itself. In any case, guests on arrival will find at least one bottle of mineral water for their immediate needs.
Bed sizes are standard in Italy, i.e.: single cm 80x190, double cm 160x190.

Rubbish disposal is differentiated according to the calendar posted in the kitchen and is to be carried out from 7 p.m. at the park caretaker's station. On the day of departure, guests are allowed to dispose of all remaining rubbish at any time.
