The manor house dates back to the end of the eighteenth century. It is located in the middle of a private park on a hill overlooking the town of Faenza, the countryside and several villages. Its 360° panoramic view offers the tourist a vision of rare beauty.

The Quercia apartment comprises a big living room with a fully equipped dining-kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a shower room.
In the living room there are: a couch which can turn into a comfortable double bed, a wicked armchair, a 32 inches HD TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped dining-kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, cooking stove and a big oval table with 6 seats.
A centuries-old oak log was discovered by restoring the big double bedroom: it was embedded crosswise a wall. Now it belongs to the room decoration together with the rugs, the upholstered chairs, the ancient iron bedheads, the wardrobe with mirror and a metal basin stand.
The single bedroom is particularly silent because of its isolated position. It comprises a closet, a small desk and a shelf for books.
Both bedrooms and the shower room have ancient timbers in the ceiling.
There is no air conditioning, but big fans. The 57cm large perimeter walls keep the rooms cool in summer.
