Positive: I had a very lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was large, spacious and very comfortable.

Negative: The only small complaint I have is about the pool towels, there is an extra charge of €2 per towel per day. I feel that with the price already paid for the room, this should really be included, or at least communicated upfront at the time of booking, so guests don’t feel a bit disappointed when they arrive and find out there’s an extra fee for it, unless for myself.
