Summary: Stephanie was excellent upon checking in. She's very helpful. Taxi service is very quick. Waling to the bus stop is not too long but the streets are somewhat dirty. I liked that there was towels provided for the pool. There was a lot of long black hair floating in the pool that kept getting on us. I wasn't happy that our shower wasn't enclosed & flooded the bathroom every time the shower was used. There was mold in the shower, the drain cap was not connected & the shower didn't drain properly. I brought these issues to the manager multiple times & nothing was ever done. My husband & I slipped on the drain cap almost falling multiple times.
