Positive: The hotel we stayed at is very close to both the bus and the metro. In particular, guests arriving from Ciampino Airport do not need to book a hotel taxi, as the 720 bus takes you directly from the airport to the hotel for only €1.50. The reception staff are extremely professional and very helpful. Overall, I am very happy with our stay, and if I return to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

Negative: Apart from that, the TV in our room needs to be replaced.
