Positive: The welcome by the staff was amazing, we felt at home right away. Noleen on the front desk organised an excellent guide for us to visit the sights of Mannar. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was a treat with a variety of meals. There are feral donkeys around the town and the hotel location. We loved everything about the hotel.
