Summary: Would not recommend staying here. While the staff was friendly and did the best they could, the room conditions are fine at first glance but slowly turned out to be a stressful stay. Upon first entry, the smoke alarm wouldn’t stop chirping every 2 min. Turns out there was no battery in it and that was fixed but after hours of waiting. The biggest issue was that the shower didn’t work in our room and after contacting the front desk about it they acknowledged the issue but there was no sense of urgency. Nothing happened until we contacted them again and were told a part needed to come in and that it would be fixed the next morning. It was never fixed for the remainder of our stay. We then saw bugs in the room including roaches, got a parking violation for backing into a spot? And our key cards would randomly stop working requiring us to have to go to the front desk and get them reactivated. The only pros of the room were the AC, TV, and large refrigerator/freezer. Other than that the experience of staying here stressed us out and i would not recommend staying here if relaxing or showering is your goal.
