This ancient 19th century independent villa is located on the slopes of the Castle of Romena and is surrounded by a large park with lime trees, oaks and holm oaks. The property is accessed by crossing an avenue with cypresses of 300 m.
The living space of approximately 300 m² takes place on two levels. On the ground floor there are an entrance hall; a living room with sitting area and fireplace; a large dining room, open to the living room with fireplace and living room and with the exit to the outside.
