The farmhouse offers its guests all the comforts needed for a perfect holiday. It has a very large garden with views of the local vineyards on one side and the hills on the other.

If you are travelling with a dog, you can take advantage of a small, specially fenced area (5 m x 5 m), near the pool and the house, where your four-legged friend will feel safe when not on a leash.

In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the town of San Benedetto del Tronto and the very famous Riviera della Palme, which continues up to Grotta Mare and Cupra Marittima.
