The house in the Borgo di Scheggino is a completely renovated historic property and is located in the heart of the historic center.
110 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with a large kitchenette, a small terrace overlooking the main street of the village, its fireplace in the center of the living room was built with local wood.
There are 3 double bedrooms, one is located above the large and airy mezzanine; the bathroom is located along the corridor of the house and serves the three bedrooms. The furnishings make the house welcoming and pleasant.
Upon request some items and ornaments are on sale from my vintage items shop.
It will be a pleasure to give all information on any object you like.
The Borgo di Scheggino is an authentic jewel of the Valnerina. Ideal wedding set in the wonderful church of San Nicola in the center of the Borgo.
The municipal swimming pool of Scheggino and the Centro Pangea - Rafting Canoa and Torrentismo in Valnerina are a stone's throw from the house (2 minutes on foot).
EXTRA WINTER EXPENSES: during the winter stay the heating and alloy costs are calculated separately.
TOURIST TAX: in the Umbria Region the tourist tax is € 1.50 per person for the first 4 days of the stay.
CHECK-IN: after 19 it is possible, but there is an extra to pay:
€ 20 between 8 and 22
€ 30 between 22 and 24
€ 50 after 24
LA CASA NEL BORGO! § WIFI FREE
La casa nel Borgo di Scheggino è una proprietà storica completamente ristrutturata e si trova nel cuore del centro storico.
110 mq2, è composta da un grande salone con ampio angolo cottura, un piccolo terrazzino che si affaccia sulla via principale del borgo, il suo camino nel centro del salone è stato costruito con la legna del luogo.
Le camere matrimoniali sono 3, una è disposta sopra il grande ed arioso soppalco; il bagno si trova lungo il corridoio della casa e serve le tre camere. Gli arredi rendono la casa accogliente e piacevole.
Su richiesta alcuni oggetti e soprammobili sono in vendita dal mio negozio di oggetti vintage. Sarà un piacere dare tutte informazioni su qualsiasi oggetto di vostro gradimento.
Il Borgo di Scheggino è un autentico gioiello della Valnerina. Ideale set per matrimoni nella meravigliosa chiesa di San Nicola al centro del Borgo.
A due passi da casa (2 minuti a piedi) si trova la piscina comunale di Scheggino e il Centro Pangea - Rafting Canoa e Torrentismo in Valnerina.
