Negative: There were issues with booking, and the name didn’t clearly distinguish between the seaside branch and the downtown one. For a place with this price and rating, it’s unacceptable to have no generator, especially in Alexandria where outages are frequent. The power was cut for almost two hours at night, the room and corridors were completely dark, There was also no emergency or safety lighting . This is not acceptable from a safety standpoint. and the heat woke me up. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, I initially requested better pillows, but they refused to change them. and I had to contact customer service through WhatsApp to get them changed. Overall, the response to these problems was not satisfactory.
