Regency Towers 702 West, Azure Pleasure, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo sleeping up to 8. Enter the large space great room with sofas and comfortable chairs for ample seating. Azure Pleasure, welcomes you with newly painted, restful island colors. A cozy dining space, island bar, and full-sized, fully stocked kitchen (with all new 2022 stainless steel appliances) adjoins the great room. Plenty of cabinets and a large pantry are a bonus. Each en suite bedroom is tastefully beach themed, has ample closet space, and includes a TV and ceiling fan. Each bedroom has a custom motorized cellular black-out shade for late sleepers. Both baths have vanities with granite countertops, bronze fixtures, and maple wood cabinetry. King bedroom bath has separate space toilet and step-in shower. Family bedroom has two double beds, a twin trundle, and futon for flexible sleeping. A double mirrored closet and large vanity area adjoins a separate space toilet and tub-shower combination. Adjacent to the family bedroom is an in-unit laundry room with stack washer, dryer and storage--a much sought after vacation extra. Guests' expansive pool area with lounge chairs is steps from the boardwalk to the beach. A shower area is also on the boardwalk. Beach concession chairs with umbrellas are available.
