Small house of 70 m2 with exceptional views in a very picturesque village with 2 bedrooms (one with 160x190 bed with small bathroom and a dormitory room with 4 bunk beds 80x190, 90x190, 120x190 and 140x190), a kitchen equipped with everything necessary , a living room with TV, a bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer) accessible by access from the ground floor and a storage room (garden furniture, iron) also on the ground floor, 2 terraces, a closed ground. It is located at the bottom of the village in a quiet area (dead end). The village is at 1020 m altitude. Access to the Adriatic Sea will take only 50 minutes (sandy beach). Possibility of hiking, cycling or equestrian. Rome is at 2:00, Naples at 1:40 and the Tyrrhenian Sea at 1:30.
