The Space:

Walk into one of the lively apartments in JLT! A perfect blend of comfort and peace, this property is lazed up with standardized interiors and contemporary necessities for a delightful stay.
The living room is furnished with a comfy couch and single-seater. There is also a flat-screen TV right across it to help you relax. Next to it is the dining area that comfortably seats four. Enjoy the sun in both areas admiring the JLT views from its big windows.
The kitchen has the necessary things you will need (stove, oven, cookware, kettle, and more). Regardless if you simply want a cup of coffee and toasts or you want to cook your own meals.
The king-sized bed has comfy mattress and soft linens for a good sleep. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. White fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool and gym.

The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. It has about 68 towers with area parks and running tracks. There are also over 540 retail outlets that you can shop in. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place!
If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more.
If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi.
For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 1 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The Damac Properties metro station is only a 6-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.
Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
