Positive: The location was good - beautiful view of the lake for both sunrise and sunset. The Tiki bar and boat rentals were within easy walking distance, as was the Ampitheater. This side of the town had a few restaurants, but more were located across the major road and therefore required a car for access. Nice place and very clean.
