The furnished house is perfectly located on the northern side of Playa Coco, with easy, walkable access to restaurants, beach, grocery stores, services and amenities. Relax in the casual beach, yet elegant atmosphere featuring a comfortable king master suite on the main floor with a private en suite, terrace and breathtaking views. Upstairs is a spacious queen master suite with private en suite and a private terrace overlooking the waves. The third bedroom has 2 airy double beds and a private en suite.
Kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg and Bosch appliances and the handmade Guanacaste dining table, which. comfortably seats 8 guests. Laundry is located off the kitchen on the main floor.
Enjoy dinner on the expansive sundeck, ideal for 'al fresco' dining, sunbathing, and watching the sunset as you sip a glass of wine.
