The Space:

Walking in, the first thing on your left will be the open kitchen - with stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, washer, and anything that can help you in preparing your meals or washing your clothes.
As you move forward, a comfortable couch is there to help you unwind, and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained throughout the stay. Wall art and a classy center table complete the look of this room.
Curl up and sleep well in the queen-sized bed is fitted with comfy mattress premium linens and soft pillow for a f a good night sleep. This area is flanked by a bedside table with lamp, wall art, an integrated wardrobe, and a vanity area that doubles as workspace.
And of course, we wouldn't forget all of your toiletry needs. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for the guests.
Stepping out on the balcony will give you some fresh air. You can hangout here anytime of the day as you share a drink or two with a loved one.

The Neighborhood:
International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) is now changed to the name Dubai Production City (DPC). It is a free zone that is built for media production companies in Dubai. It is right next to Dubai Sports City and near Discovery Gardens.
It is a quiet place where people can rest from the busy hubs in Dubai. If you appreciate solitude, IMPZ may just be the right place for you. Even if it is far from the city, it has supermarkets, restaurants, a mall (City Centre Me'aisem), bus stops, etc.
You can enjoy the sweetness of tranquility away from the busy world that bombards you with everything. This is a good way to relax away from work and anything that brings stress.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, frequent below and around the building to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem is also another option.
The property has easy access to Sports City, Motor City, Studio City, Production City, and the rest of Dubai.
City Centre Me'aisem, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants can be reached by walking.
If you want to go around Dubai without a taxi or a car, you can walk to the nearest bus stop which is only 4 minutes away. F34 Bus goes to the Dubai Cricket Stadium, Autodrome Stadium, Spinneys Supermarket, Mall of the Emirates, and more.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport are by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
