THE SPACE
Welcome to Cozy Island View Condo! If you're into views, then look no further.This condo offers stunning views of the South side of St. Thomas, and the USVI's capital, Charlotte Amalie. On a clear day, view up to ten different islands and watch one of the best sunsets in St. Thomas!
Below is a little navigation through the condo. If you have any additional questions about the space or particular bedroom, please don't hesitate to ask.
- Walk into the condo's spacious open living plan! A huge, comfortable living space, recently remodeled with plenty of seating for four throughout. A perfect-sized kitchen with an island, open to the rest of the brand-new comfortable living space.
- The dining room is the most perfect setting for a private, in-home meal! The dining room offers comfortable and luxurious seating for four.
- The private balcony is off of the living room. Walk out onto your private balcony, with some of the best views St. Thomas has to offer! Enjoy an outdoor dining table and sitting area. This is a perfect space to cool off, enjoy a meal, or simply star gaze.
- The full-size kitchen is equipped with all the staples you'll need to create your favorite home-cooked meals. Large drip coffee pot, microwave, and loads of pantry space.
- The two main bedrooms are located off the living room opposite each other. In the middle find the one, Jack and Jill-style bathroom and the laundry closet.
- Inside the laundry closet you will find the washer, dryer, and iron. The owner has provided beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and laundry detergent. This area can also be used to hang clothing.
- The first spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed, a small desk and chair, and a dresser to store clothing. Walk into the bathroom and laundry closet with your door.
- The second large bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, a small table for two, and a cozy lounger chair to relax in and watch the planes go by. Walk into the bathroom and laundry area from this room through your own door.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
This condominium community is nestled on top of St. Thomas. A small and quiet location, Cozy Island View Condo is surrounded by lush jungles, cool breezes, and quiet neighbors. (Not to mention one of the best views and sunsetson the island!)

This is a great and centrally located neighborhood as well. You can expect to reach any destination on the island in about 25 minutes or less.

Downtown shopping - 10-minute drive
Megan's Bay Beach and the airport - are both a 15-minute drive
Red Hook ferry to St. John - a 25-minute drive.

GETTING AROUND
Renting a vehicle on St. Thomas is the absolute best way to see the island and get around. This condo offers free community parking, so you will always have a place to park after a day of adventures. (Any type of vehicle can reach this destination.)

St. Thomas is a mountainous island and not set up for pedestrian traffic or rideshares. So, this means if you're not renting a vehicle, you'll be using taxi services. Taxis can have long wait times and you can occasionally have issues finding a taxi driver to drop off or pick up in this location. We have wonderful taxi recommendations if this is what you choose for transportation.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
You read the listing correctly, there is no AC in this condo. While this might seem like a letdown, please don't let it detour you from renting this amazing space. You're on top of the world at Cozy Island View! It's one of the best features of this cute condo. There is a constant and consistent cool breeze that flows through the windows wonderfully. The owner has supplied a couple of fans to help push air.
There are amenity limitations in this condo:
1. WIFI and internet connections can be slower and inconsistent on the island so there is no guarantee for either service during your stay.
2. No backup generator. This means you will be without electricity or WIFI if the power is out on the island. The power does occasionally go out on St. Thomas and there is never a warning.
Cozy Island View Condo is located right next door to a safe microwave tower. This particular tower is used to communicate with Puerto Rico. They are called microwave towers as they are considered just as safe as using a microwave in your home.
There is currently ongoing construction around this condo. You will hear and see construction noise during business hours, M - F, 9 am - 5 pm.
