Casa Caribe is your Cozumel home away from home. This home with tropical yard, swimming pool, and patios is in the downtown center.
We raised our four children in this home so it's a very special home to us.
This two story home is a compound of bedrooms, living areas and patios. There are three bedrooms downstairs, two with king size bed and another with a standard bed and two bathroom. There is a dining area and a small simple kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a covered patio looking out into the garden and pool area. The pool has another patio with lounge chairs.
Casa Caribe has two outdoor cats, and we have a manager who will come daily to feed them. We ask that you please do not allow the cats inside the house.
Pets who will get along well with our cats are welcome, as long as they are well mannered and owner takes responsibility to pay for any damages. Pets must be 30lbs or under. We will charge a $100 cleaning fee plus $15 per day for each pet. We have pooper scoopers and ask that you pick up after your pooch.
Casa Caribe has two large bedrooms upstairs (Arriba and Master Suites) as well as a guest house, Casita Caribe.
The pool area is shared, it's the only area that is shared but it's rare that more than one group uses it at a time.
All staircases to the upstairs are outside. The upstairs suites each have their own exterior entrance, and there are two double doors and a tiny hall that separates the suites. These doors may be opened, making the two upstairs units united. Each has its own living area, dining area, bedroom area, and bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the grounds and pool.
All payments are required to go through VRBO and they use credit cards. I will not accept requests for direct payments.
