Summary: There was confusion about the included breakfast. I believed I had booked it with breakfast. The staff at reception initially said it wasn’t included so took an additional payment then apologised for taking the payment saying that she checked and that it was included. She also charged an excess and wrong city tax charge and then said that they could not refund any of it that day due to some payment card of theirs not being available. Eventually the excess city tax was refunded but the hotel decision was that breakfast wasn’t included. Not a pleasant experience so poor in my opinion. Nice room though but in need of maintenance. The toilet was had a leak so was not a please experience.
