The house is located in an agricultural area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The palm beach of San Benedetto del Tronto is around 7 km away. The main house with a large terrace and a fantastic view of the untouched landscape of the Marches to the Gran Sasso Natural Park on one side and the sea on the other is located on the 5000 square meter plot of land planted with palm trees, olives and lots of flowers and herbs other side. The approximately 100 sqm ground floor of the main house is characterized by four cross-arch vaults made of terracotta tiles. It is divided into a dining area with a large table, a living area with a fireplace and comfortable seating, and the kitchen, which is separated from the other rooms by a glass wall. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the large terrace. There is also a guest toilet in the entrance area. The upper floor is accessible via internal and external stairs and has two spacious double rooms, each with a shower / toilet. There is also a triple room. All 3 rooms have air conditioning. There is also a fireplace room with a sofa and a small room with a washing machine and toilet on the upper floor. The Cassetta can accommodate two people.
