Transformed into a country villa in 1520, with large decorated rooms and elegant arcades, the castle is perched on a steep hill overlooking the steep overhangs of a green valley, in a panoramic position, in the heart of the Chianti Classico. In the valley in front of Castello Loggiato is the famous Antinori winery, the largest in Europe and open to the public with a restaurant and tasting rooms. The furniture is heterogeneous: the living rooms are furnished with period furniture, some bedrooms have original antiques, the bedrooms on the mezzanine level are very simple, the bathrooms are simple and essential, the kitchen is also essential yet well equipped. Outside, guests have at their disposal an exclusive fenced-in equipped lawn (350 m2) with octagon-shaped swimming pool (12x4, 3 m deep) (01/05-17/09). The location is quiet despite that the Florence-Siena expressway runs at bottom of the valley. Included in the price: mandatory maid service for 24 hours/week. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning in 7 rooms, and baby-bed.
