The outdoor space is perfect for Saturday night concerts, along with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor chairs and coffee table. The living room offers ample seating with cable and WIFI. Master bedroom presents a queen size bed and on-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Three additional bedrooms on the one-level condo include bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom three with king bed, and bedroom 2 with two twin over twin bunk beds. Second full bathroom off the kitchen offers vanity, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. For added convenience a full sized washer and dryer with detergent are provided.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
