The Space:
This bright and serene apartment is right in Downtown Dubai that gives you a good access to restaurants and cafes. Beautifully designed, it is guaranteed that you're going to feel right at home!
Lounge at the living room and sit on the comfy couches while watching your favourite shows on the TV. Enjoy your take-outs or home-cooked meals in the dining area that can comfortably seat up to four guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking or making a cup of coffee.
There's a king-sized bed in the bedroom fitted with hotel-quality linens and comfy mattresses for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion provided for guests.
The spacious balcony is complete with outdoor furniture where you can laze around during the day or night.

Guests have full access to 2 pools, gym and parking is on request.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Dubai is a prime location - Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more are right on your doorstep. An endless selection of restaurants, cafes and shops await you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!
To escape the city buzz, the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
