Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nice central location - great for what we needed it for (as a base while we took part in some volunteer work). The place was comfy, with powerful air-conditioning, comfy beds and sofas. It was quiet and we were not disturbed by anyone. Nice swimming pool on the roof and the building itself was nice and well-maintained (e.g. the lifts, hallways, carpark etc...). Host was great and he kept checking up to see if everything was going fine. Would recommend!

Negative: As we stayed for a bit longer than the average stay (2+ weeks), the fridge and kitchen facilities were a bit limited. Of course, for overnight stays and short breaks, it's more than enough.

Summary: Great Location - Good for Short Stays Near Colombo!
